Five Lessons For Writers inspired by Game of Thrones / George RR Martin
If you really want to know what's going on in someone's head, an analysis of their intellectual diet is the best place to start...the undeniable allure of this blog's enthralling depiction.. Read it and grasp the revolutionary novelty.. Interesting trivia...
Mother Of Highs : In the arcane world of connoisseurs of whisky and malts, people get a high merely discussing the duration a brand was aged in an old barrel. Japanese alcohol company Suntory is set to give people the mother of all highs. It has sent its cargo into space in searh of an environment which would produce a mellower flavour. Regardless of the outcome, just talking about it will do the trick.. Marvellous, no ? That's what is known as innovation...

Walking an untrodden path....the road trips certainly bring out the hallmarks of this blogger... None can steal his mojo nor match it...he can put a smile back on the faces of people around him... Has a real sense of being the master of his own destiny... The joy of creating something is immeasurable & can be very enjoyable...
One of the interesting aspects of writing the lesson plan during the dawn and correcting the teaching aids, is being reminded just how tedious an experience it can be...
Sometime back I happened to watch the unforgettable John Le Mesurier in Dad'Army. What a distinguished career he had, making a vietue of letting orher people take centre stage.... Not something I've ever been good at... How will I manage in foreign shores..
I now turn to The Merchant of Venice, I am resolved to read, or reread, the works of Shakespeare (plays) - by the time I leave... If I succeed, I'll move on to the Sonnets....
In London - take a walk around Camden Town especially in the evening, visit Canary Wharf and its environs for a day, Covent Garden is full of nice restaurants, walk in the parks (Hyde Park, Kensington Park - Kew Gardens is good too but expensive entry). Must visit V&A and the Natural History Museum. Around London would recommend a visit to Stratford Upon Avon (its a nice drive - go via bus), Oxford (they are next to each other) and would also suggest a visit to Bath. If more time, try Wales
A song by Paul Anka : Pur your head on my shoulder, hold me in your arms, baby... Squeeze me oh so tight, show me that you love me too.... Put your lips next to mine, dear.. Won't you kiss me once, baby. Just a kiss goodnight, maybe, you & I will fall in love.... People say that love's a game, a game you just can't win. If there's a way, I'll find it someday & then this fool will rush in.... Put your head on my shoulder, whisper in my ears, baby. Words I want to hear. Tell me, tell me that you love me too....
The stars are shining, they will shimmer and they'll glow until the sun shines.... Spring is in the air, flowers are blooming sky high, children are laughing... Snowflakes are our friends, they descend when winter comes, making white blankets.. Sand scatters the beach, waves crash on the sandy shore..blue water shimmers... Kind of amateurish...

For a learned scholar like you, Sir Nagpal..)
You must have this bright fresh zesty wine with a touch of asparagus and herbaceous on the nose.. very lifted fruit and zesty finish, good mineral length..
Shopping is never the agenda...to take in from a different culture is the motive, have gained a lot and imparted equally... Children weren't willing to let go...their small gestures shall remain as cherished memories forever...
Every child should be encouraged to find their value and purpose and to discover how to build, maintain and survive relationships.. But they also need to build into their lives a code that understands both the freedom to choose the direction of travel and to feel they belong somewhere.. I should have listened more to advice like this because all these things are needed in each child in this current generation.... Without them I believe a child will not know where they stand or in which direction to go in life... They will be - lost.. Society is becoming "sedated by software"
Jagjit Singh ji shall always be remembered because of his love of Indian classical music.. Beautiful renditions.. Messiah of gazals.. The journey of music is never ending. Every raga has a soul... One life is not enough to reach the depths of music and rhythm.. Hope the future of our rich past is preserved..
This happened in the golden age of primary class, when the subjects weren't so defined as they became later...my interest in Geography and to know about different continents that were thousands of miles away..(is that why I wanted to be an air hostess ? ) Mrs Rao would dedicate two hours a week telling us about various places. There were no pictures or slides. Everything was just words - and her talent for telling a good story. She taught us to travel on our own. There were quite a lot of maps and atlases in the classroom. The only thing you had to do was start in Antarctica and travel anywhere you wanted to go to, jotting down the cities and rivers and mountains you passed through.. So I went from Madagascar to Magnolia, Rome to Rangoon, I still know the names of a lot of capitals as well.. Thanks to her..

Every paragraph has a hidden message...
Experience has taught me that people only give value to a thing if they have, at some point, been uncertain as to whether or not they'll get it....
You make us understand how simple happiness is...
Vanity of vanities, all is vanity...and there is nothing new under the Sun, as Solomon said more than 3000 years ago...

Why do we tie a knot and hang on, when we reach the end of a rope ?
A coveted author...
Ask and thou shalt receive.. His emotional romances and deep passions sear the soul...
Must respect.. And admiration.. And much much more..

An air of unabashed freedom surrounds him...
There are layers to him that make him more intriguing...
Bottles of wine stacked in neat rows, duly collected to empty them into myself or myself into them...

Where are they going ? Do children today know how to navigate life ?

Have a tasty weekend...
24*7 English music keeps playing in the room.. Am having an altogether different and new experience..of my life..
My spirit still swims in the clear waters. I tread water; wondering whether any of the molecules I touched might still be here 200 years later...
Do things change or do we change...the savage in man is never quite eradicated....
